America spent $337 billion to
purchase 4.25 billion barrels of foreign oil.
America should be using it's own natural gas, fuel cells, battery electric, hydrogen, nuclear, wind, and solar, (clean coal ?),etc.
However, we should get off all hydrocarbons and create portable power as soon as possible!
